This End User License Agreement is a legal contract between you and Modi Studio. We grant you a limited, non-assignable license to run the game client on compatible personal mobile devices.

All software structures, design guides, drawing patterns, sound effects, and updates are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the intellectual property of Modi Studio.

No ownership rights in the game codebase, assets, or trademark structures are transferred. Modi Studio reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
